What is your Return Policy?
-Shop Gina Celeste accepts returns if....
- Within (7) Purchase at an in-person event date of shipping carrier delivery or date of local delivery (the date order is placed out for local pick-up

Shop Gina Celeste no longer sends exchanges. We will just be issuing refund to original payment method OR store credit so you may purchase an alternative size and/or item.
- Any return postage paid by Shop Gina Celeste will be deducted from refund or store credit. Shop Gina Celeste is able to get a cheaper shipping rate than what you'd find at the post office. If you prefer to drop off your item(s) or pay your own shipping please indicate on your return request.
- Items purchased with anything greater than a 15% discount are eligible for store credit only.
- Items purchased with return store credit are considered final sale.
- Shop Gina Celeste does not reimburse Cactus Cash coupons used if items are returned.
- Shop Gina Celeste reserves the right to limit what is deemed excessive returns. Requests exceeding 50% of your total monthly order or (3) items per month will be given store credit only or denied if we feel its suspicious.
What is Eligible for return?-
- New with Tag items that have NOT been worn/washed and with Shop Gina Celeste and/or manufacture tag attached. (must be attached in original form not just included). Shoes must contain original box and all wrapping and show no signs of wear.
- Items that are sent damaged by Shop Gina Celeste and not damaged in wear/trying on or in transit. *Shop Gina Celeste does not cover items damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. Any items damaged in transit is the responsibly of the shipping carrier and receiver to come to a resolution on.
What is NOT eligible for return?
- Items sent back or brought back AFTER 7 day return window.
- Items purchased with anything greater than a 15% discount are eligible for store credit only.
- Items that have been worn and/or have been "damaged" by buyer (example deodorant stains, pet hair, cigarette smoke, damaged when washing/wearing, ect) The Shop Gina Celeste team has the ultimate oversight on damage assessments.
- Markdowns. Any items in our "sale" section or Flash Sale Friday, Story Sale items.
- Bralettes, swimwear, worn shoes and clearance/sale items are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes store credit.
- If any item(s) is DENIED for a return/exchange- Shop Gina Celeste will either hold the item for (2) weeks for customer pickup or the customer may elect to pay shipping to receive the item back. Items not picked up or not elected to ship will be donated or destroyed.
What is your Policy on Cactus Cash Reward Points and Returns?
Any items that are a monetary return will have their value deducted from the customer's Cactus Cash points in the same increment they earned. If a reward was used and the item(s) on the order are returned and refunded-the reward cannot be re-issued. Refunds will reflect the value of the order less any rewards or coupons used. If a reward was redeemed with points that later are refunded- that earned reward will be disabled from the customer account.
What if I used a coupon on my order?
Any discount GREATER than 15% used on the order will be subject to store credit only.
What is your Policy on Pre Orders?
If an item is a pre-order order or a replacement is being ordered - it is considered FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds will be accepted. All special orders much be paid for prior to order.
What if my item gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once an item leaves our shop, Shop Gina Celeste is no longer responsible for the package. Any lost or stolen packages must be filed with USPS or UPS by the receiver of the package. USPS First Class shipping does not come with package insurance just tracking. If you would like insurance on your package, please choose the upgraded shipping option such as USPS priority or UPS Ground. We also offer ROUTE shipping insurance to cover packages.
What is your Policy on Price Adjustments?
Shop Gina Celeste does not make adjustments to previous purchases to reflect a pricing difference. Items purchased previous to a sale price or coupon are not eligible for price adjustment.
