Do you have Store Hours?

-Shop Gina Celeste is an online boutique with occasionally pop-up shopping opportunities. We do not have set store hours at this time. Please make sure to join our VIP shopping group to be in the know about our in-person shopping events! 

What if I want to try something on?

At this time-Shop Gina Celeste offers the opportunity to shop in person during our pop-up shops! We also offer a 7 day return policy on all new-non sale items-so you may try on and return or exchange within the parameters of the policy! See Return & exchange policy here

How much does shipping cost?

Shop Gina Celeste offers FREE standard shipping on all orders of $50+. Orders under $50 will be shipped for $5 flat rate. Additional shipping options are also available at checkout

How long does your shipping take?

 Please allow up to (2) Business Days for Order Processing. Transit time for FREE SHIPPING can be anywhere from 3-7 Business Days depending on location. Holidays may affect this. Please note day OF shipment does not count in transit time. If you need your items faster please select priority shipping at checkout. We are unable to alter the shipping type once an order has been placed.

What is your policy on price adjustments? 

Shop Gina Celeste does not adjust previous purchases in the case of coupons or gift cards.

What if my item gets lost in the mail?

Once an item leaves our shop, Shop Gina Celeste is no longer responsible for the package. Any lost or stolen packages must be filed with USPS  or UPS by the receiver of the package. USPS First Class shipping does not come with package insurance just tracking. If you would like insurance on your package, please choose the upgraded shipping option such as USPS priority or UPS Ground. We also offer ROUTE shipping insurance to cover packages.

 

What is your Policy on Price Adjustments?

Shop Gina Celeste cannot make adjustments to previous purchases to reflect a pricing difference. Items purchased previous to a sale price or coupon are not eligible for price adjustment. 

Can I pick up my order if I'm local?

Yes! I offer free local pick-up! I am located in North East Fishers about 3 miles east of Hamilton Town Center. Please see more details under LOCAL PICKUP 

Can I pay cash for an online order?

At this time, Shop Gina Celeste has discontinued the ability to pay cash on an online order. All online orders must be paid for at the time they are purchased. We do accept cash for in-person shopping.
