-Shop Gina Celeste is an online boutique with occasionally pop-up shopping opportunities. We do not have set store hours at this time. Please make sure to join our VIP shopping group to be in the know about our in-person shopping events!

Yes! Please "Like" and "Follow" Shop Gina Celeste on Facebook to be alerted to open house events! Shop Gina Celeste can also be booked for in-home boutique parties! (a.k.a. I bring the boutique to you and your friends to shop!)
How long does your shipping take?
Shop Gina Celeste is excited to extend FREE SHIPPING to you on all orders. Please allow up to (2) Business Days for Order Processing. Transit time for FREE SHIPPING can be anywhere from 3-7 Business Days depending on location. Please note day OF shipment does not count in transit time.
What is your Return Policy?
-Shop Gina Celeste accepts back items within (7) Days of Purchase/Delivery so long as item is unwashed/unworn and in re-sellable condition. Refunds may be given back in the original form of payment or as store credit or exchange. If you would like to return or exchange an item-please contact Shopginaceleste@gmail.com
Items that are returned in NON-SELLABLE condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Items purchased with discount code may ONLY be returned for store credit or for a size exchange. Item must still be in unwashed/unworn and re-sellable condition. Items purchased on clearance (or marked final sale) cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Accessories are Final Sale.
Customer is responsible for Return Shipping if applicable. Shop Gina Celeste will ship any exchange item back to the customer for free (first class mail) once return has been received and pending the full return policy was followed. Shop Gina Celeste is not responsible to refund any ship charges a customer may have incurred.
What is your Policy on Damaged Items?
No returns or exchanges will be accepted outside of the 7 day window unless item damaged. Damaged returns may be made within 14 days of receiving product. If an item is damaged and a exact replacement is not available-a refund or store credit will be offered. Shop Gina Celeste reserves the right to refuse a damage return if it was as a result of a customer damage and not a damage from the manufacture.
What is your Policy on Special Orders?
If an item is a special order or a replacement is being ordered - it is considered FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds will be accepted. All special orders much be paid for prior to order.
What if my item gets lost in the mail?
Once an item leaves our shop, Shop Gina Celeste is no longer responsible for the package. Any lost or stolen packages must be filed with USPS by the receiver of the package. FREE STANDARD shipping does not come with package insurance just tracking. If you would like insurance on your package, please choose the upgraded shipping option.
What is your Policy on Price Adjustments?
Shop Gina Celeste cannot make adjustments to previous purchases to reflect a pricing difference. Items purchased previous to a sale price or coupon are not eligible for price adjustment.
Can I pick up my order if I'm local?
Yes! I offer free local pick-up! I am located in North East Fishers about 3 miles east of Hamilton Town Center. All items are placed in a secure place protected by video surveillance. Please send me an email at email@example.com or a message on facebook to arrange pickup time. Pick-up will be a porch pickup with item marked with purchasers name.
Can I pay cash for an online order?
At this time, Shop Gina Celeste has discontinued the ability to pay cash on an online order. All online orders must be paid for at the time they are purchased. We do accept cash for in-person shopping.
