Shop Gina Celeste Return Policy Effective 1/1/24

  • Shop Gina Celeste Return Policy Effective 1/1/24

    • Shop Gina Celeste offers Store Credit and/or FREE SIZE exchanges* on regular priced items within 14 days of purchase or (local) delivery. 
    • Size exchanges will be sent free. Please indicate in notes which size you'd like.
    • Store Credit Returns will have a flat rate return fee deducted ($6.99)
    • Shop Gina Celeste ONLY offers refunds on items that are purchased or received damaged or defective.

Free Size Exchanges-

  • Shop Gina Celeste will offer FREE Size (or color if applicable) on regular priced styles if requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • Item must be new, unworn and so no signs of wear. Tags must still be attached.
  • Item(s) must be received to use within the time frame for acceptance. Items received later than 14 days after purchase or delivery will be issued store credit. Items received after 30 days will be returned to sender with no credit issued. 
  • SCG will send the customer a return label if applicable or customer may drop off item at our local pickup location
  • If exchange requested is NOT available-store credit will be issued
  • Free Exchange will be sent once the return has been made. You will receive tracking for your exchange. 
  • Shop Gina Celeste will offer (1) FREE size exchange per item. If additional are needed-customer is responsible to return & purchase shipping
  • SGC reserves the right to limit free size exchanges if we feel it is excessive or deny exchange if item does not meet conditions. 

Store Credit

  • Shop Gina Celeste will issue Store credit for any return request where an exchange is not requested or available 
  • Customer may drop off item at our local location or SGC will provide a return label to be sent and label cost ($6.99) will deduct from credit. 
  • Store credit will equal the amount paid after any coupons or rewards and less return shipping 
  • Store credit does not expire 
  • Purchases made with Store credit are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 

Refunds

  • Shop Gina Celeste will only offer refunds if an item is damaged or defective. Refunds will go back to the original form of payment. 
  • *Shop Gina Celeste does not cover items damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. Any items damaged in transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier and receiver to come to a resolution on. 

 

Final Sale Items

  • Any Item purchased with a price ending in .97 or items purchased with store credit are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Swimwear and intimates are always FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

 

Cactus Cash Points & Rewards

  • Points are not earned on store credit purchases. Points are only earned on amount paid after credit
  • Rewards used cannot be reissued if the item is returned. 

 

Lost or Damaged in Mail

  • SGC is not responsible for any item after it leaves our facility.
  • If an item is lost or damaged in the mail-a case will be opened to seek return on damages from the carrier. Once settled-either a refund or replacement will be sent.
